One of our internal policies is we ensure we inspect all goods before dispatch as the final safety net for our client. However we strongly believe that having the time to understand the requirements and translating this effectively to the stakeholders as preventative solutions, is by far the most effective measure in relation to ensuring ‘fit for function and purpose’.
We regularly measure ourselves on KPI’s agreed with our client, these may include categories such as delivery performance, number and type of NCR’s or level and breakdown of spend.
On an operational level and providing we are made aware at the point of purchase, we can supply all types of certification, whether this be test certs for material or compliance to British Standards for processes. We also offer full traceability on all components and have a bespoke CRM system to assist on this issue.
As part of our service, we can undertake 3D CAD modelling for visualisation purposes and a range of rapid prototyping processes for proofing out functions.
